I promised I'd update again. I didn't deliver.
The crackheads have become more militant in these parts. They don't like it when you run up to them with a camera.
I'm not sure if they're putting something in the crack, but the crackheads have also become consistently crazier. Maybe it's crack from China. Perhaps it's laced with melamine.
Anyway, I promise I'll find a way to document the local crazies. Scout's honor.
